The Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance (SOCA) is a leading organization based in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to providing comprehensive benefits and programs for small employers across the state. Our flagship program, the SOCA Benefit Plan administered by Anthem, offers coverage for thousands of small employers in Ohio. This program represents Anthem's largest block of small group insurance in the state and is also the largest Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement available.

Exclusively available through participating Chambers of Commerce, the SOCA Benefit Plan provides a range of benefits including medical plans, workers compensation group rating, and assistance with student loan debt repayment for employees.
