Established in 1936, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has been a cornerstone of the Bowling Green, Ohio, business community for nearly a century. Originating from the Board of Trade in 1905 and later the Bowling Green Commercial Club in 1910, the Chamber was officially chartered as a non-profit organization under the laws set forth by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of the United States. This rich history underscores our longstanding commitment to fostering a vibrant business environment and enhancing the quality of life in our region.
Today, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce unites over 450 investors, including small businesses, professional firms, non-profit organizations, government entities, and engaged citizens. Our mission is to support an environment conducive to business development and success within the Bowling Green area. We focus on four key components: advocacy, business improvement, education, and networking. Guided by a dedicated 30-member governing board, we strive to provide visionary leadership and valuable resources, collaborating with community partners to promote responsible economic growth and a thriving community.
