Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce
Established on November 17, 1908, as the "Steubenville Business Men's Association," the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce has been a cornerstone of the local business community for over a century. Originally formed to "promote, foster, protect and advance the commercial, mercantile, manufacturing and civic interests of Steubenville," the Chamber has evolved to encompass a diverse membership of over 500 entities, including businesses of all sizes, non-profits, civic organizations, educational institutions, churches, and individuals.
Our mission is to provide resources to maximize business performance through advocacy, education, and networking. By offering vital information, services, and programming, we strive to support and enhance the economic environment of Jefferson County. While our name and services have evolved over the past century, our core goals remain aligned with those established by our founders in 1908.
