Affordable Living

At Cherry Heights, we offer affordable independent living pricing with no long-term commitments. Our easy month-to-month rental agreements allow flexibility for residents, should their health situation change. Rates are based on the unit type selected; we offer studios, one-bedroom, and deluxe apartments. Essential utilities are included in your monthly rent, except for the telephone.
