Dr. Anderson
Dr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, before attending the University of Missouri-St. Louis for optometry school. He graduated with honors in 2005, earning his Doctor of Optometry degree with certifications in both diagnostic and therapeutic medical eye treatment. His dedication to excellence was recognized with the GP Lens Institute Award for Clinical Excellencein Gas Permeable Contact Lenses.
With nearly 20 years of experience in practice, Dr. Anderson has been a Regional Leader for PECAA since 2019 and has served as a trustee on the Utah Optometric Association (UOA) Board since 2018. In 2024, he was honored to be inducted as President of the UOA for a one-year term. Beyond his professional commitments, he actively supports his community by championing local events and small businesses and working with government officials to advocate for small business owners.
When he's not advocating for eye health, Dr. Anderson loves spending time with his wife, eight children, and two daughters-in-law. They enjoy traveling, socializing with friends, and cheering on BYU sports. He is also embracing his newest and most exciting role being a grandpa!
Dr. Nathan Christensen
Dr. Nathan Christensen was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah After high school, he attended Southern Utah University, where he earned a degree in zoology with a minor in chemistry. Inspired by his passion for helping others and his fascination with light and its effects on vision, he pursued his Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with honors in 2008.
A dedicated member of both the Utah Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Dr. Christensen is committed to providing clear and comfortable vision for his patients. He has a special interest in working with youth and children, ensuring they receive the best eye care possible.
Outside of work, Dr. Christensen enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. He loves camping, hiking, and making memories with family and friends and he’s always on the lookout for a great dad joke!
