F5 Project
F5 Project, based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, was founded by Adam Martin after he experienced a turning point in his life following his fifth felony. This pivotal moment led him to pursue change and become a resource for others reentering society after incarceration. As the organization grew, it became clear that a meaningful name was needed. Drawing from his background in the tech industry, Adam chose the name F5 Project, inspired by the function key on a computer keyboard that refreshes or reloads a page.
Since its inception in 2016, F5 Project has expanded from its initial focus on supporting formerly incarcerated individuals in Fargo to becoming a statewide initiative providing comprehensive services to those struggling with incarceration, mental health issues, and addiction. The organization is dedicated to offering personalized support and resources to help individuals rebuild their lives and create new narratives.
At F5 Project, we are passionate about addressing the human struggle and believe in the power of empathy and grace to bring about positive change. Our mission is centered around providing individuals with backgrounds a fresh start and empowering them to overcome obstacles they may face as they work towards reintegrating into society.
Through our efforts, we aim to bridge resources and offer full-spectrum services that address the complex needs of those impacted by incarceration. We understand that each person's journey is unique and strive to provide tailored support that meets individuals where they are.
F5 Project is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve by fostering an environment of understanding, support, and empowerment. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity for redemption and are dedicated to helping individuals rewrite their stories for a brighter future.
