YANAM2M, located in Centennial, Colorado, was founded in 2017 in response to heartbreaking tragedies that deeply impacted our local community. Inspired by the loss of two mothers and their children in Douglas County, YANA You Not Alone emerged as a lifeline for moms navigating the complexities of motherhood. Our mission is rooted in compassion, connection, and prevention. We are dedicated to changing the world one mama at a time by creating a safe space where every mother feels supported, heard, and never alone.

At YANAM2M, we believe that every mom deserves to feel safe, accepted, and valued, regardless of her background or circumstances. Our programs offer a range of support services, peer networks, and wellness resources to empower moms and promote mental well-being. By fostering strong community bonds and providing essential tools for resilience, we aim to build a world where motherhood is no longer a journey walked in isolation, but one shared in strength, love, and solidarity.
