Team Up With Families dba Katy's Kloset

Located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Team Up With Families dba Katy’s Kloset is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with physical challenges and their families. Through unique, family-centered programs and inclusive recreational activities, we create opportunities for connection, joy, and empowerment. At the heart of our mission is Katy’s Kloset—our medical equipment lending library—which provides gently used, donated durable medical equipment and supplies to children and adults at no or low cost. We believe that access to mobility and medical resources should never be a barrier to living fully.

Founded in 1996 by a small group of parents raising children with special needs, Team Up With Families began with a vision to uplift families through recreation, education, and mutual support. Their passion and commitment continue to inspire our work today. Whether it's helping a child take their first steps with a borrowed walker or bringing families together through inclusive events, our mission is to ensure that every family has the tools and encouragement they need to face life’s challenges—and celebrate its victories—together.
