At North Plains Food Bank, our mission is to provide nutritious food and essential resources to individuals and families facing food insecurity in our community. Serving over 850 people, we are dedicated to ensuring that no one in North Plains goes hungry. In fact, 61% of the clients we serve are our North Plains neighbors, highlighting the critical need for local food assistance.

As an independent food bank and not part of the Oregon Food Bank, we rely on the generosity of local businesses, farmers, and community members to stock our shelves and support our programs. From fresh produce and pantry staples to senior meal boxes and emergency food assistance, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our neighbors with dignity and compassion.

Beyond food distribution, we are committed to building a stronger, more connected community. We collaborate with local organizations, host outreach events, and advocate for sustainable solutions to food insecurity.
