InnovAge PACE is dedicated to helping seniors in Orlando, Florida, maintain their independence and quality of life through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Our Orlando center, located at 8410 South Orange Blossom Trail, offers comprehensive healthcare and social services tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. By coordinating personalized care plans, we enable seniors to live safely and comfortably in their own homes and communities for as long as possible.

Our state-of-the-art facility features multiple day rooms, a spacious physical therapy area, a primary care clinic with several exam rooms, a dental suite, and a convenient front-door pick-up and drop-off area. Serving Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties, InnovAge PACE in Orlando provides a team of medical experts who collaborate to develop and regularly update individualized care plans. This approach ensures that each participant receives the appropriate medical attention and social support needed to thrive independently.
