Junior Achievement of Central Florida, headquartered in Orlando, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young individuals for success in a global economy. By delivering proven programs in financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship, we empower students to connect classroom learning with real-world applications, fostering the skills and mindset necessary for their future endeavors.

Our organization collaborates with educators, volunteers, and partners to provide hands-on learning experiences that align with national and state educational standards. Through these partnerships, we reach approximately 24,000 students annually across Central Florida, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate their economic futures and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
