Orlando Health Emergency Room – Randal Park, a service of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, is dedicated to providing expert and compassionate care to the residents of southwest Orange County. Our state-of-the-art, three-story, 42,000-square-foot standalone emergency room is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and a team of highly skilled clinicians who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We understand that emergencies can't wait, which is why we are committed to ensuring that you receive the care you need without delay. Our facility features 12 patient rooms and offers a wide range of services and technologies to meet the needs of all members of your family – from infants and children to teens and adults.

In addition to our comprehensive emergency care, our pediatric services are supported by Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and include a Kids Corner designed to provide comfort to our youngest patients. Our stand-alone emergency room also includes a lab, an imaging department, ambulance bays, and a helipad for immediate transport in cases requiring a higher level of care.

For severe trauma cases or those needing specialized care, we offer immediate transport by air or ambulance to Central Florida's only Level One Trauma Center at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center or Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
