Established in 1991, Lees Rental & Commercial Development began with the acquisition of a single building, which also houses our sister company, A-1 Refrigeration of Hibbing Inc.

Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include over 200 residential apartments, starting at $375 per month, and more than 100 commercial spaces, starting at $150 per month.
