Angel Fund

Established in 2011, Angel Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Hibbing, Minnesota, dedicated to providing financial assistance to residents of Northeastern Minnesota who are battling cancer. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burdens associated with cancer treatment, enabling patients to focus on their health and recovery. Since our inception, we have distributed over 2,600 financial gifts, totaling more than $966,000, to cancer patients in the region. 

Our organization is led by a diverse 13-member Board of Directors, supported by an Executive Director, all hailing from various professional backgrounds including banking, marketing, social work, education, engineering, healthcare, and business ownership. We organize and host several fundraisers annually and volunteer at events that benefit the fund, ensuring that the generosity of our community directly supports those in need. Our commitment is to provide timely and meaningful financial support to cancer patients, reflecting the compassion and solidarity of Northeastern Minnesota.
