Occupational Development Center, Inc. (ODC) is a nonprofit organization empowering individuals with disabilities by providing employment training, job placement, and skill development opportunities. Since its founding in 1971, ODC has been committed to fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for the individuals it serves. With locations across northern Minnesota, including its facility in Buhl, ODC works closely with local businesses, government agencies, and service providers to create inclusive employment opportunities.
