Ethos Home Health Care and Hospice is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life for individuals in the Bismarck, Fargo-Moorhead, and Grand Forks communities, along with their surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide exceptional home health care and hospice services, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary care within the comfort of their own homes.

Established through a collaboration among Bethany Retirement Living, Eventide Senior Living Communities, and Vivie, Ethos was founded on shared values and beliefs that remain central to our operations today.

Our comprehensive skilled nursing, therapy, chronic illness management, and compassionate end-of-life care, are all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care that promotes independence and comfort.
