Located in the heart of Colorado Springs at 1586 South 21st Street, Suite 12, Ebb & Flow COS was founded by Crystal Givens, an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s most painful transitions. With a professional background shaped by personal loss, transformation, and healing, Crystal offers a compassionate, judgment-free space for people facing grief in all its forms, whether due to death, divorce, trauma, life changes, or the often-unrecognized sorrow of unmet expectations. Through the evidence-based Grief Recovery Method®, she equips clients with the practical tools and emotional support needed to move beyond coping and toward meaningful healing. Her work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to honoring each individual’s unique story.

Ebb & Flow COS exists as more than a service; it is a sanctuary for those who feel stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed by grief. Crystal brings both lived experience and professional training to her role, having walked through her own journey of loss and healing that led her to this calling. Since becoming certified in 2007, she has supported hundreds of individuals and groups, including workplace teams, on their paths to emotional recovery. The name "Ebb & Flow" reflects the unpredictable nature of grief and the healing journey, at times calm, at times stormy, but always moving. Here, clients find a steady guide through the waves, someone who understands the depth of unspoken pain and the courage it takes to face it.
