At Barbee Cookies, our story begins with founder Kat Graham and a deep-rooted passion for baking that spans generations. Inspired by her Italian grandfather’s restaurant legacy and the homemade treats of her grandmothers, Kat's early memories are filled with the comforting aroma of cookies, pies, and fresh-baked bread. Her signature recipe, “The Original” cookie with white and milk chocolate chips and pecans, was born in her Oklahoma kitchen and quickly became a staple at gatherings. With consistent encouragement from friends and family, Kat transformed her home-baking tradition into what is now a beloved cookie destination.
Since officially launching Barbee Cookies in 2010, Kat and her family have created a warm, welcoming space where each cookie tells a story. The bakery grew with contributions from her children, including the creation of the popular cinnamon roll cookie by her daughter Hallee. Today, Barbee Cookies is proud to serve customers from all over at its Tulsa locations. Beyond baking, giving back to the community is a core part of the Barbee mission, with thousands of cookies donated to local charities.
