Los Angeles Centers for Alcohol and Drug Abuse (L.A. CADA) is a licensed provider of comprehensive substance use and behavioral treatment services, offering a range of client-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented programs. With certification from the State of California's Department of Health Care Services and the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health - Substance Abuse Prevention and Control, L.A. CADA delivers outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential programs for adults aged 18 and over, as well as outpatient services for adolescents aged 12 to 17. The organization is committed to empowering individuals on their recovery journey through a professional team of licensed and certified specialists.

In addition to core treatment services, L.A. CADA provides specialized counseling programs, including Drug Education/Diversion, Parenting Education, Anger Management, and Domestic Violence counseling, approved by various reputable organizations. The center also offers HIV/AIDS prevention and intervention services, such as HIV testing. With a focus on accessibility, L.A. CADA accepts most private insurance plans and offers funding for eligible participants under Medi-Cal and CalWORKs. Some services are also provided at no charge, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent individuals from receiving the help they need.
