San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity
Since 1990, San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity has worked to eliminate substandard housing across the San Gabriel Valley and beyond. Founded by a small group of passionate volunteers, our organization has helped nearly 400 families locally and internationally build or improve their homes, providing them with the opportunity to achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance through safe, affordable shelter.
Rooted in Christian principles, we seek to put God’s love into action by uniting people to build homes, communities, and hope. Guided by the belief that everyone deserves a decent place to live, we maintain an open-door policy—welcoming volunteers, supporters, and families from all walks of life, regardless of background, faith, or identity.
Our impact is made possible through the generosity of donors, ReStore shoppers, volunteers, and advocates who stand with us in supporting affordable housing. While our mission is faith-driven, we do not proselytize or require religious affiliation for participation or assistance.
At San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity, we are committed to creating a region—and a world—where everyone has a safe and dignified place to call home.
