Cisler & Associates Real Estate Inc. has been a cornerstone of the Staunton community since its founding in December 1990 and incorporation in January 1991. Established by Dave Cisler through the acquisition of CRA Corp. formerly Fischer Insurance and Real Estate the company carries on the legacy of Staunton’s oldest real estate and insurance agency. Alongside his father Stanley and a team of ten licensed agents, Dave built a strong foundation rooted in professionalism and community values.

In 1993, the firm relocated to its current office at 229 W. Main Street, a historic and newly renovated building in downtown Staunton. This move signaled a new chapter in the company’s growth and visibility. Embracing innovation early on, Cisler & Associates became the first agency in Staunton to launch a website in 1997 and has since led the way in digital strategies including mobile and QR code marketing.

Today, Cisler & Associates is recognized for its blend of traditional service and modern marketing. With a continued focus on integrity, innovation, and client-centered service, the agency remains a trusted name in real estate across the region.
