Events by V has specialized in professional event services since 2019. We are located in Wauchula, Florida, and serve Hardee, Highlands, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, De Soto Counties, and beyond.
Our services and experience include Event Planning, Decorating, Rentals, and Day-of Coordination for Weddings/Quinces/Sweet 16 with up to 400 guests.
Our clients share their vision with us and we take care of making their dream a reality! We offer free consultations and when you hire us, we'll meet you at your venue and help walk through the natural flow, schedule of events, and where the focal areas make the most sense for you. We precisely thread each moment and transition to make up your dream day. We coordinate with all the vendors so that everyone knows what you need, and where to be, and communicate the schedule in advance so that there is a cohesive understanding of what to expect and what important part each of them plays. We direct wedding rehearsals and manage the day of for up to 12 hours. All you have to do is show up to your event and enjoy it with all of your guests.
For our rental services, we have any color linens you need- tablecloths, table skirts, chair covers, sashes, runners, and drapes. We hand-steam each one to achieve the most polished level of excellence possible. We also offer charger plates, a variety of backdrops for photo areas, arches, and anything imaginable for creative balloon art installations and grand openings.
For bookings, it is a 50% deposit and we offer flexible payment plans for the remainder. We accept cash, check, and a variety of digital apps for your convenience.
