The Grange Strategic HR Consulting was founded in 2016 with the vision of creating prosperity by revolutionizing the HR function in American small business. Since that time, we’ve spent hundreds of hours both consulting with small companies and helping to shape the HR profession into an economic engine.

While we help clients with FLSA, ADA, and Title VII compliance, we focus most of our time helping clients build cultures that stay in compliance without a constant babysitter, provide fractional HR work, and then support them over time as the more difficult issues arise.
