ReCreation Station, located in Seminole, Florida, is a creative healing space where play, creativity, and connection serve as powerful tools for deep inner healing. Through immersive workshops and group healing experiences, we integrate expressive arts—including art, music, dance, theater, and storytelling—to help individuals process emotions, heal past wounds, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Our approach blends creativity with therapeutic practices, providing a supportive and transformative environment where participants can explore, express, and grow.

Founded by Alexandra Leigh Ruberti, a Creative Healing Practitioner, Artist, and Mental Health Therapist, ReCreation Station is dedicated to empowering women to make peace with their past and fully embrace the present. With a Master's in Clinical Social Work and a background in Communications and Theater, Alexandra brings a unique blend of expertise in trauma-informed care and expressive healing modalities. Her work is deeply rooted in her experience supporting women with complex trauma, and she is passionate about guiding others through their healing journey using art, movement, and somatic practices.
