Nestled in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to transforming behavioral health services across the state. Our vision is to serve as a conduit for culturally and linguistically diverse, sustainable behavioral health services, addressing the unique needs of New Mexico's communities.

Central to our mission is the cultivation of leadership skills among graduate and undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds pursuing careers in the behavioral health field. Through our comprehensive two-semester fellowship program, we connect students with seasoned professionals, fostering dialogue, reflection, and community building. We also provide training opportunities for current professionals, ensuring the implementation of programs and policies informed by the latest research and trends impacting New Mexico's communities.
