Leaders for Life, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve success academically, professionally, and personally. Founded by a Newark native and experienced educator within the Newark Public School System, our organization is deeply committed to fostering growth and opportunity within the community.

With over 30 years of combined experience serving residents of Newark and Essex County, we actively connect individuals with essential educational resources, mentorship, and support systems. At Leaders for Life, Inc., we believe that mentoring matters—and we are fully invested in making a difference. The question is: Are you?

Our Mission

The mission of the Leaders for Life Community Center is to enhance the quality of life and expand access to opportunities for underserved youth. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and resource allocation, we strive to improve literacy, develop essential life skills, and create pathways to meaningful employment.
