Delmarva Digital Learning Association

Located at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, the Delmarva Digital Learning Association (DelMarVa-DLA) is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a dynamic ecosystem of support, innovation, and experiential learning for students and educators across the Delmarva region—Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

As a proud state chapter of the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA), DelMarVa-DLA works collaboratively with affinity groups and strategic partners to advance the field of digital learning. Through grant-funded initiatives, webinars, professional exchanges, and affinity discussions, we aim to elevate understanding of digital learning’s evolving role across industries and its transformative impact on education.

Our mission is to promote dialogue, drive innovation, and advocate for equitable access to knowledge. By building meaningful connections among educators, institutions, and community leaders, DelMarVa-DLA seeks to inspire positive, lasting change in the educational landscape throughout the region.
