Project 150
Home

Project 150 was established in December 2011 after a local news report revealed the alarming reality of 150 homeless students at Rancho High School in Las Vegas. This eye-opening story exposed a broader crisis, with over 7,500 homeless students across the Clark County School District. What started as a small, community-driven effort quickly turned into a mission to support vulnerable youth, beginning with a holiday initiative that successfully provided critical supplies to 17 unsponsored families thanks to a surge of community support.

The overwhelming response to that first effort led to the creation of Project 150 as a charitable trust, expanding its reach and services to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students throughout Southern Nevada. Today, Project 150 offers year-round support to ensure these students have the resources they need to stay in school and graduate with dignity fulfilling its mission to empower youth through consistent access to necessities and educational stability.
