Lock Terrace Ltd, incorporated in 2023, is the new development entity of Tariq Usmani and Kashif Usmani, former directors of Henley Homes plc.

The Usmani brothers have over three decades of experience, focused on mixed-use residential schemes, hotel development, and construction. In their time, they have achieved over 50 industry awards in recognition of aspects including regeneration, design excellence, and investment potential. Their commitment to the community within which they live and work is demonstrated by their registered charity, Better Community Business Network. The charity is close to their hearts and aligns with their ethos and philosophy, as well as reflecting in their business affairs.

They have a proven track record of delivering logistically difficult mid- to large-scale property development projects, both new build and conversion/refurbishment. They pride themselves on their 'concept to completion' approach. Risk management and control are the most important words in the construction and development industry.
