The Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) has proudly served individuals with disabilities across Utah for more than 90 years. Our mission is to empower clients by delivering high-quality services that foster independence, self-fulfillment, and community inclusion. Through a range of specialized programs, USOR supports individuals in achieving meaningful employment, enhancing daily living skills, and determining eligibility for federal disability benefits.

In addition to serving individuals, USOR partners with Utah businesses by connecting them with qualified, job-ready candidates. We offer training, support, and resources to help employers successfully recruit, hire, and retain individuals with disabilities. Our team also provides expert guidance on workplace accommodations and disability-related issues, promoting inclusive and accessible employment environments throughout the state.
