The Council on Culture & Arts (COCA), located in Tallahassee, Florida, is the region’s designated local arts agency and a vital non-profit serving as a voice and advocate for the arts and cultural sector in Florida’s capital area. Established in 1985, COCA is the area’s only umbrella agency for arts and culture, supporting those who create, fund, and engage in cultural experiences.
