Welcome to K’dulche Cafe 1 INC, where every dish tells a story and every guest is treated like family. My name is Jose Eduardo Zepeda, proud owner of K’dulche Cafe in Lansing, IL. I come from the vibrant town of Jamay, Jalisco, Mexico, where strong values, tradition, and community shaped who I am today. My journey began when I arrived in the United States at 16, not knowing a word of English. I started as a busboy in Highland, Indiana, and grew through hard work and dedication, moving from dishwasher to cook, and eventually to restaurant manager. Each role taught me something valuable and fueled my dream of one day opening my café.

That dream became a reality in 2021, and by July 2024, I became the sole owner of K’dulche Cafe. Today, this space is more than just a coffee shop; it’s a warm, welcoming place that celebrates diversity, flavor, and familia. My goal is to share a little piece of home with every visitor and to give back by creating opportunities for others, just as I was once given.
