Falcon AeroLab is a pioneering educational organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of STEM and aerospace innovators. Founded by Mark and Debbie Hyatt, Falcon AeroLab was born out of a shared commitment to personalized, experience-driven learning. With decades of leadership in K–12 education and charter school development across Colorado, Mark Hyatt brings a forward-thinking approach to reimagining how students learn. Together with Debbie’s deep-rooted passion for youth advocacy, they recognized the critical need for customizable and accessible education that nurtures every student’s unique potential.

At Falcon AeroLab, we create transformative opportunities for students of all backgrounds by immersing them in hands-on, real-world STEM and aerospace experiences. From designing and flying drones to taking the controls in powered airplanes, gliders, and helicopters, our programs are crafted to ignite curiosity, build skills, and unlock future possibilities. We also connect students with competitive internships and apprenticeships to bridge the gap between learning and professional success.
