At Washington Business Week, we believe in shaping the leaders of tomorrow through hands-on, real-world learning experiences. Our programs empower high school students to explore their potential in a dynamic setting where they take on roles as industry professionals, solve real business challenges, and sharpen their communication and leadership skills. Guided by dedicated mentors from the business community, students walk away with valuable insights that prepare them for college, career, and life success. Since 1976, thanks to a unique collaboration between the Association of Washington Business, Central Washington University, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction, WBW has impacted over 75,000 students and expanded its proven model to more than 25 states and countries.
Whether during an immersive in-school experience or our energetic week-long summer camps, WBW delivers programs that inspire students to think big, act boldly, and lead with purpose. Participants, families, and volunteers consistently share how the WBW experience has sparked personal growth, shaped career paths, and built lasting confidence. From our office in Seattle at 2226 Eastlake Ave E, Unit #676, we are proud to continue offering meaningful opportunities that educate, inspire, and make a lasting impact in communities across Washington and beyond.
