Vocational Visions is a nonprofit organization based in Mission Viejo, California, dedicated to providing life-changing vocational and life skills training to adults with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. Since our founding in partnership with the Saddleback Valley Unified School District in 1974, we have grown from serving just 30 individuals with a team of five to supporting over 400 individuals each year with the help of nearly 200 staff members, including employees and instructional aides.
Our programs are designed for individuals identified by state agencies as needing health and/or vocational rehabilitation services. Through personalized, engaging, and effective support, we help our participants build skills that enhance their independence and improve their quality of life vocationally, socially, and economically. All services are offered at no cost to the individuals we serve, and each program is focused on maximizing potential, promoting inclusion, and supporting meaningful community involvement. At Vocational Visions, we are committed to creating pathways to greater independence, purpose, and fulfillment for every person we serve.
