Bob & Ellen’s is named after Bob and Ellen Heiss, two wonderful parents who were great representations of these Midwest values. Kevin Heiss, son of Bob and Ellen, took these cherished values from his parents and created a local restaurant where family and friends can enjoy quality food and excellent service.
