DARS Supply Inc.

DARS Supply Inc. is a family-run and operated business.

Julian is the patriarch of the Drummond family. He has worked in the Food and Beverage industry his entire career, first as an Executive Chef and then as Food & Beverage Director in hotel chains. Julian is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. He also sold food and restaurant supplies for Sysco Foods and worked as a bartender. While at Sysco Foods, he won Rookie of the Year- Sales Person for Colorado and was also the Sales Person of the Year for Southern Colorado. Julian is a certified TIPS trainer, having trained over 500 people to serve alcohol responsibly. He consults with many restaurants about menu, costs, layout, employees, equipment, and design. Julian can design and carve an ice sculpture to make any event extra special.

Julian’s first love is soccer. He serves as the President of the Colorado Springs Soccer Club, an adult soccer league, and he plays soccer on the Hustlers OBFC team. Julian, when he has spare time, loves to hike, especially 14ers; he has done 26 of the 54 in Colorado.

Linda, Julian’s wife, is the secretary for DARS and does some of the deliveries. She has served banquets in hotels, worked with special needs students, owned an apartment move-out cleaning business, raised two sons, and still does some housecleaning. Volunteering is one of Linda’s passions. She helps at Tri-Lakes Cares, a local ministry, and teaches Sunday school at church. Linda enjoys hiking, reading, and yoga, but her favorite activity is spending time with her Grandson.

Nigel, our son, is our delivery driver and helps with our newsletter and website. He also works at a local hotel as their overnight front desk person. Nigel’s interests are reading history and writing fiction. He has a unique perspective on life and a sense of humor to go with it.

Our other son, Derek, is married to Gina and lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is our computer expert and IT person for all our troubleshooting needs.
