Lancashire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed facility situated near charming downtown Kilmarnock. We offer both semi-private and private rooms, including 25 beds specifically for Memory Care. Our dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs provides compassionate, round-the-clock care to help individuals live their best life. We specialize in skilled nursing and long-term care, respite care, and in-house rehabilitation services. Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists from VHS Rehabilitation collaborates with individuals to assist in recovery from injury or to improve daily living skills. Together with the individual's physician, we tailor care plans to meet the unique needs of each person.
