Arcadia Limestone Co. Inc. has proudly served Iowa and the surrounding region since 1971, when it was founded by John and Ann Eich. What began as a small operation with one dump truck and a single spreader truck focused on hauling and spreading AG-LIME for local farmers has grown into a full-service provider of high-quality limestone, gravel, sand, and rock products. Over the decades, our services have expanded to include dirt work projects and material delivery for contractors as well as county and state projects. In 1987, we took the next step by opening our own gravel pits, allowing us to produce and supply a wide variety of materials directly to our customers.

Following the untimely loss of John in 1994, the company remained family-owned and operated, led by Ann, along with their children Tom and Tracy, and supported by a dedicated team of local employees. Today, Arcadia Limestone Co. Inc. is recognized as one of Iowa’s leading rock quarry experts, known for our experienced staff, top-quality products, and exceptional customer service.
