About The Arts Center
An Organization for Artists, Creatives, and Community Members
The Arts Center (TAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring creativity and contributing to community well-being through equitable access to and engagement with the visual arts. We collaborate to present exhibitions, learning opportunities, artist development, and cultural events that support a vibrant, inclusive creative ecosystem in the greater Corvallis area. Our objectives are to:
-
Provide inclusive and accessible arts education for all ages and experience levels.
-
Support and promote local and regional artists through exhibitions and professional development.
-
Foster community engagement and connection through participatory arts experiences.
-
Uphold values of justice, equity, and transparency in all organizational practices.
We host rotating contemporary art exhibitions in our Main Gallery and Corrine Woodman Gallery, offer year-round classes and workshops, and organize community events such as 2nd Saturday Arts Days and the Corvallis Arts Walk.
We welcome visitors to our historic location—700 SW Madison Avenue, Corvallis, OR—Tuesday through Saturday from 12–5 PM. Guests are invited to explore exhibitions, participate in programs, and browse our ArtShop, which features handcrafted items and artwork by local artists.
