The journey began in November 2017 when co-owners Terence Williams and Todd Lewis traveled to Michigan to bring the Tex-A-Consin trailer home to Wisconsin. Since then, Tex-A-Consin has become known for its unique blend of Southern BBQ tradition and Midwestern hospitality.
