Triview Metropolitan District, established in 1985, is a quasi-municipal corporation dedicated to providing essential services and managing public infrastructure for the Monument, Colorado community. Operating much like a town, the district delivers water, wastewater, and stormwater services while maintaining roads, parks, and open spaces. Through responsible stewardship, strategic planning, and adherence to construction standards, Triview ensures quality infrastructure and preserves the value of more than 2,300 single-family homes, 790 multifamily units, and 80 commercial customers. Funded through fees, taxes, and bonds, the district is committed to enhancing community value through long-term infrastructure management.
Covering approximately 2,587 acres, over half of which is developed or under construction, the district’s growth is driven primarily by residential development from leading homebuilders including Campbell Homes, Challenger Homes, Lokal Homes, Richmond Homes, Tralon Homes, Toll Brothers, Vantage Homes, and Saddle Tree Homes. Upon full build-out, Triview will encompass 3,032 single-family homes, 1,556 multifamily units, 162 duplexes, 131 senior living apartments, and about 100 commercial businesses. With residential completion anticipated in roughly five years and commercial development in 10 years, the district remains focused on building a thriving, well-maintained, and sustainable community for current and future residents.
