Charcuterie 201
Description
Have some fun networking and building edible art. While having these professionals create the boards for you is easier, they can also help you learn their techniques to make some of your own. This 1-hour or so in-person Charcuterie 201 workshop will give you more techniques from the first Charcuterie 101 workshop. Items may include ingredients from soft to hard cheese, making salami roses, understanding pairings, and more. When you're done, you get to take home your artwork.
They can still make your more larger or more complicated and ones for you to give out as gifts, but now you can make your own to enjoy.
$42 each (members or non-members)
