Charcuterie 101
Description
Have some fun networking and building edible art. While having these professionals make the boards for you is easier, they will help you with their basic techniques to make some of your own. This 1-hour or so in-person charcuterie 101 workshop will give you hands-on tips and tricks for cutting and arranging your own charcuterie boards. Items may include ingredients from soft to hard cheese, making salami roses, understanding pairings, and more. When you're done, you get to take home your artwork.
They can still make your more larger or more complicated and ones for you to give out as gifts, but now you can make your own to enjoy.
$42 each (members or non-members)
