Studio Bloom is set to open its doors at 365 Kirkland Ave on April 28, with our grand opening celebration taking place on May 10.

Studio Bloom is a safe, informative, transformative and community space for women to age with health and vitality.  We want women to build the strength they need, move the way they want and feel good in their bodies.  We take a holistic and personalized approach to wellness through strength training classes & personal training focused on progressive strength, balance and agility, nutrition offerings, the Onero bone density program for building strong bones, renew & restore classes for nervous system regulation and a walking group to form community and connection.

I hope many of you will join us in celebrating our grand opening on May 10.  It's open house style so come at a time that works for you between 10am - 3pm. Check out the new space, learn more about our programs, enjoy some food and drink and meet other fabulous women.  Can't wait to see you there!
