Journey Empowered has been leading retreats all over the world for 12 years. Sarah Matson founded and leads a local and international group of healers, coaches, herbalists, musicians, and artists. We believe that transformative experiences are created with unique purpose and are a wonderful way to support lasting change. 

Sarah and her team are board certified Neurolinguistic Programming Masters, Internationally celebrated musicians, Death Doulas, and so much more. We have over 25 Practitioners of healing arts for men, women, families, and children.  We firmly believe that change and growth start within and provide our offerings both at retreats and for humans on a one to one basis.
