We are excited to invite you to participate in a community-wide survey that will help guide the development of Philomath School District’s next strategic plan. Your voice matters, and your feedback will help us set priorities for the years ahead.
Whether you are a student, parent, staff member, or community member, your insights will help us better understand what is working well and where we have opportunities to grow. The survey includes a short set of questions tailored to your role, and concludes with two open-ended prompts where you can share your hopes, ideas, and concerns for our schools.
We recognize and value the time and care it takes to provide thoughtful feedback. Your participation is deeply appreciated. Responses are completely confidential, and the results will be used to inform district decisions and future investments.
