About Chuck Gascon:
Chuck Gascon is a Regional Economist and Research Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he has served since 2006. He analyzes national and regional economic conditions within the Eighth Federal Reserve District, providing key insights for policy discussions and contributing to the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book. Gascon holds a master’s degree in economics from SUNY Albany and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. His research focuses on labor markets, inflation, and regional economic trends, and he is a regular contributor to publications such as The Regional Economist and Economic Synopses. Widely cited in national and local media, Gascon plays a vital role in informing both economic policy and public understanding of current economic issues.
