This event is the unveiling of the Anne Martin Memorial Plaque in the Women's Suffrage Plaza. The plaza is in front of the Women's History and Culture Center at 225 North Willow, Mesquite. Anne Martin is recognized in getting NEVADA Women the right to vote six years before the 19th Amendment was passed in 1920.
