SIBR Recognizes Sam Row as Metro East 2025 REALTOR® of the Year

The Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR) hosted its annual Celebration of SIBR Awards March, 12, 2025, at the Regency Center in O’Fallon, IL.

This event gathered more than 220 members for an afternoon dedicated to honoring exceptional individuals nominated by their peers for their outstanding contributions and achievements throughout 2024. 

An official statement published after the event noted that President Rick Swain had expressed profound admiration for the award recipients and setting the tone for the celebration by saying, “Laissez les bons temps rouler”….”Let the good times roll!” Those gathered celebrated outstanding agents, referral partners and brokerages that took home well-deserved awards.  The official statement further noted that “it was so fun seeing so many people dressed up for the occasion and having fun!  Congratulations to all the winners and let’s take that love and enthusiasm into the rest of 2025!”

This year, Sam Row of Keller Williams Pinnacle was recognized as the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year. Row said, “It was such a shocking and amazing award to win this year. I’ve been volunteering with the association for a long time now working through our organizations merge and other milestones. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me that our membership recognized that work and dedication to our industry.”

Row has been an active member of the organization and previously served as SIBR president in 2024. He has also played a significant role in advocating professionalism and continued education within the industry. Row will be formally recognized and celebrated at the REALTOR® of the Year Award banquet April 28 in Springfield, IL.
